On yesterday, I witnessed a breathtaking symphony in the sky, birds preparing to migrate for the winter. They moved in harmony, like waves responding to an unseen conductor. Each tweet and turn felt purposeful, as if they were speaking in their own language, sensitive to the changing seasons and shifting accordingly.

It reminded me: creation listens. Creation responds. Creation moves when the Spirit says move.

These birds didn’t resist the change. They didn’t cling to the comfort of summer. They sensed the shift and soared toward what’s next. What if we did the same?

 Scripture Reflections

 • Ecclesiastes 3:1 “To everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven.”

Just as birds know when to migrate, we are called to discern our seasons. There’s a time to stay, and a time to soar.

Jeremiah 8:7 “Even the stork in the sky knows her appointed seasons, and the dove, the swift and the thrush observe the time of their migration. But my people do not know the requirements of the Lord.”

This verse is a gentle challenge. If birds can sense divine timing, surely we, who are made in His image, can learn to listen and respond.

Psalm 104:12 “The birds of the sky nest by the waters; they sing among the branches.”

Even in transition, birds sing. Their movement is not frantic, it’s worshipful. May our shifts be marked by praise, not panic.

A Call to Move with Grace

Let this be a season where we move in unity, like those birds, sensitive to the Spirit, attuned to the times, and unafraid of change. Whether you’re stepping into a new role, releasing old habits, or embracing fresh vision, know this: God goes before you. The wind beneath your wings is His breath.

So tweet your praise. Take flight. Trust the rhythm of grace.

“What signs, spiritual or practical are showing you it’s time to shift, soar, or surrender something in this season?”
