Manatha Young

Ministry Leader

Manatha Young is a child of God, wife, mother, certified life coach, mentor, and minister of the gospel.

Manatha's God-given passion is to inspire, uncover gifts that lie dormant within, nurture creativity, and equip lives for greatness that will ultimately impact the world.

She is married to Frank Young, her loving and supportive husband.  They have five daughters: Kimora, Brielle and Briyanna (twins), and Saniah and Janiah (twins).

She is the Founder and Director of Fruitful Living and This Place, ministries created to empower seeds of destiny that generate fruits of greatness at every age and juncture of life through community outreach programs, motivational speaking, life coaching, conferences, seminars and workshops.

Manatha has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Johnson C. Smith University, Charlotte, NC.

During her college years, she became an active member of AmeriCorps participating in intensive service to meet the critical needs of the community. This venture ignited her passion for helping at-risk children. It gave her the opportunity, freedom and creativity to tutor, mentor and develop enrichment programs for youth of all ages.

Manatha received her ministerial license from The Park Ministries (Formerly University Park Baptist Church) under the leadership of Bishop Claude R. Alexander, Jr. on March 31, 2001.

Manatha has worked in corporate America as a Marketing professional for several years where she planned, organized, and executed marketing campaigns to increase product and service awareness.

This accumulated wealth of knowledge and myriad of experiences has established her as an organic voice of truth for authentic individual development through the gift of teaching that spurs others on to greatness.

Her scripture of meditation this season is John 15: 16 -17

“You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you so that you might go and bear fruit—fruit that will last—and so that whatever you ask in my name the Father will give you. This is my command: Love each other.”
